  1. This was an outstanding recipe. I took some to work and they said that it was a homerun. Very YUMMY! Also, very easy to make.

  2. Looks good, though I have an idea for a few hacks: Lazy crust hack: just buy a pre-made graham cracker crust from the store Sugar-Free hacks: use sugar-free versions of the pudding mixes (the 4-serving size boxes of the sugar-free versions of the pudding mixes will weigh less as they are sweetened with sweeteners that are less dense than sugar) and swap out the sugar for an equivalent amount of your favorite sugar-free sweetener (such as Splenda, Truvia, etc.) Reduced fat hacks: use light non-dairy whipped topping (or even make your own....it's possible to make a passable whipped cream susbstitute from fat-free ricotta cheese), and use skim milk (or 2 cans of evaporated skim milk for a little bit of a richer taste)

  3. This is a great recipe! Very easy to make and wonderful flavor. I refrigerated the pudding mixture to thicken it slightly before spreading it on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  4. This was a huge hit! I followed the recipe, using light cream cheese, and I baked my graham cracker crust at 350 for 10 minutes. This allowed it to really solidify, and I was complimented on how well it held together, and how thick and delicious it was. Thanks for the recipe!

  5. I made two of these pies in the weeks before having my daughter, one with a graham cracker crust and the other with an Oreo crust (both store bought)- we liked the Oreo crust better! I also did not have butterscotch pudding so I just used chocolate. It was very yummy and was just what I was looking for! If you are a fan of chocolate and cheesecake you will like this! I cant wait to make this again!

I live in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to run into Recipezaar around Nov. 2000 and got hooked quickly. I am a cookbook collector and have been collecting recipes for as long as I can remember. My DH had to build in shelves for all my cookbooks! I like to dabble with OAMC and for a few years hosted the Budget/OAMC forum with some great people over there. Even though I don't work in the forum any longer I've set up a lot of cookbooks for the purpose of OAMC and stretching food that might be helpful. Please feel free to check them out! I go on food jags and cooking jags! Please come say hi to me and chat on facebook. I currently host a blog for saving money through finding deals and coupons if you are interested. Most of the time I try to cook and have a good dinner on the table but I'll be honest enough to say there is still fast food occasionally in the budget! I have had such wonderful support here whenever I need it. Thank you all for being here! Just a quick note on how I rate recipes: ? 5 stars - This recipe is perfect. (My DH is truly a critic and doesn't give 5's unless it's amazing) I would recommend it to others and would definitely make again. ? 4 stars - This recipe was good but I would change something in it next time. ? 3 stars - This is a recipe I would not make again but it was OK ? 2 stars - This recipe I would not make again and we didn't like it at all ? 1 star - This recipes did not work out/taste was unappealing and wouldn't make again
