My mummy always made this for me when I was younger, so now I am just spreading the magic.
- Put all ingredients in a saucepan and boil.
- Simmer for about 4 minutes - stir till golden.
- Add rice bubbles.
- Press into buttered tin.
- Let it set for an hour or so.
Tried it out for my child's "going to school Party". Worked a treat. Made some in mini muffin tins, which was great for younger ones and in heart shaped patti tins for the adults. It's a winner!
