I'm a Culinary Arts Instructor. Having worked as a pastry chef for 26 years moving to Culnary Arts was a big change. We use the recipes posted at Recipezaar of most or all of my students labs!! With the option of reducing the recipes for 1 serving is very convenient. My students enjoy the different cooking styles. I live in the country and would not want to live in the city for anything. Have three children with one daughter still living at home. Running her around is what I do for fun. I enjoy woodworking and have build several different decks and outdoor structors. Still have all my fingers!
