  1. In a large pot combine mushrooms, quinoa and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in peas, reduce heat and simmer, for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir in miso and vinegar. Stir in basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
