Adapted from feistybento's blog. I really want to make these, so I'm putting it here for safe keeping.
- Slice the button mushrooms.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and add butter, allowing to brown slightly.
- Add the miso and stir. Then add all of the mushrooms and stir-stir-stir.
- After a the mushrooms give off their water, which will help melt down the miso further, stir well and serve.
