- 354.88 ml water
- 78.78 ml nutritional yeast
- 59.14 ml miso (i use brown rice miso)
- 44.37 ml sesame tahini
- 1 inch chunk fresh gingerroot
- 9.85 ml toasted sesame oil
- 1 peeled garlic clove
- 9.85 ml rice vinegar
directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until ginger is completely minced.
- Pour over salad.
- Makes almost a pint of dressing.
- Keeps very well in the fridge.
