Quick and easy. I like to dip steamed vegies into this.

I made this using red miso and stirred it through rice with some edammae before making onigiri. It gave the rice a nice flavour. I intend to make the sauce again using white miso to compare the tastes.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix all ingredients well, starting with the lesser amount of mustard. Increase the amout of mustard as desired.
  2. Chill well, serve.
