    Directions:

      In blender, combine milk, eggs, honey, flour, butter, vanilla, salt. Blend 10 seconds.

      Stir in coconut.
    3. 3
      Pour into greased pie plate.
    4. 4
      Bake in 350 oven 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle.

      Serve hot or chilled.

      I used regular 2% milk. I tried it hot but like it better after it had chilled.
