  1. In blender, combine milk, eggs, honey, flour, butter, vanilla, salt. Blend 10 seconds.
  2. Stir in coconut.
  3. Pour into greased pie plate.
  4. Bake in 350 oven 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
  5. Serve hot or chilled.

I used regular 2% milk. I tried it hot but like it better after it had chilled.
