ingredients
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

- 1⁄2 cup raspberries, cuisanart (optional)
- 1⁄8 cup sugar (optional)
directions
- Add the dry ingredients together and mix well in a bowl.
- Next, add the egg and mix thouroughly.
- Pour in the milk, vanilla and oil. Stir.
- Pour the mixture into a large coffee mug.
- Drop the chocolate chips into the center of the mixture.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- The cake will rise over the mug, but don't be alarmed.
- Allow it to cool a bit and tip it out onto a plate if you wish. Drizzle raspberry sauce over the top and enjoy.

Made this last night for an after....dinner snack. I sprayed the cup with Pam and maybe I shouldn't have. The cake jumped almost half way out of the cup. I topped it with powdered sugar and my DH and I shared it. The flavor was very good the texture was ok but a little dense (maybe I stirred it too much or I am not used to micro cakes). Made for Spring PAC 09.
