Yum - cold, fresh minty popsicles...who could ask for more? From the book "Kids' Cooking."
- 3⁄4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 chocolate-covered mint candies, chopped into small pieces
- Whizz everything together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into plastic molds and freeze.
- For an extra treat, dip the ends into cool melted chocolate. Mmmmmmmmm -- .
