Very delicious way to make zucchini! Luckily I had plenty of fresh mint, so I could use it, and I'm sure it makes a huge difference. Thanks for sharing!

- 9.85 ml chopped of fresh mint or 4.92 ml dried mint
- 4.92 ml crushed garlic

- 4.92 ml salt
