I thought this is so good. When I made this I used a sugar free Andes mint candy and no sugar added hot cocoa mix. I didn't use mint candy or whipped cream and this was still so good. I got this recipe from Woman's World magazine.

This is very,very,very good!! I used whole milk and forgot the whipped cream ( I was too anxious to try it!) and it is very creamy and minty. Thanks- Made for Comfort Cafe 1/2010.
