Mmmm! I'm enjoying a cup of this right now! What an easy way to make hot chocolate extra special and even more delicious! I just used water for mine and it was still wonderful (but I'm excited to try it with milk sometime too)! I also had Andes mint baking chips on hand instead of the candy, so I just measured out the equivalent for that. I'll make this often-especially in the winter! Thanks very much for the great little recipe!
I love Andes mints, and they make a wonderful addition to this hot chocolate. I used a half and half mixture of the milk and water. Made for January, 2009 Comfort Cafe.
