This is light and refreshing on a hot day.
- 2 cups spinach, raw
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cucumber, peeled
- 1⁄2 cup grapes, white (green)
- 8 mint sprigs, fresh (or to taste)
- 3 -4 ice cubes
- 1. Add spinach and water to blender. Puree. Add the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy.
