Refreshing fruit salad: Don't just enjoy it for breakfast -- it's a delicious snack or dessert, too.
- Serve immediately or transfer to a container and refrigerate up to 2 days. Top each portion with 1 tablespoon of yogurt before serving. Garnish with slivered mint leaves if desired. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
- Add fruit segments to bowl, stir in mint, cover and chill.
I prepared this in the morning and enjoyed it as an afternoon snack. The mint and citrus paired well and got better as the salad chilled. With the chilling time, the mesh was perfect which makes me guess that with less time, I would add a little extra mint. Thanks!
