Really really great marinade for Lamb. The flavor is perfect and compliments the lamb in just the right way. I messed up by melting the honey as it wasn't pouring honey, so I never got that "glaze", but it didn't matter. I also just baked the lamb chops in the oven for 25 minutes at about 210c and they were yummy. I'll be using this over and over again!
Wonderful recipe Karin, I'ts never made lamb chops before and this was a great introduction. DH & I both give this TEN stars. Easy directions and wonderful taste - I served with New Potatoes With Herbes De Provence, Lemon and Coarse Salt, steamed brocolli and hot french bread - Yum!!
Thanks for a marinade that made the most of some thin lamb chops we had. Will try it on some thicker one's the next time.

Loved this recipe, as Lamb chops are one of our favourites, especially good if they are not over done on the grill. This marinade is very good, and have used it on a whole leg of lamb that I cooked on the rotisserie in the grill. Thanks!
Karin - these are just scrumptious! We had guests for dinner last night and I made these and everyone thought it was the best lamb they had ever had. The marinade definately adds a great flavor - but no one ingredient dominates - just sort of a sweet, tangy glaze. Very easy and oh, so, good! These will be on our grilling menu often.
