Mint Swirl Brownies

Recipe by ChrisF

Love Mint & Chocolate. These are pretty also. Add to a cookie tray for that touch of green color, and the mint flavor. From a 1981 cookie book.

I was very disappointed in these. they are very "cakey like" They were moist and all but just didn't make a BROWNIE like I was expecting. Had good mint flavor though.
