It takes roughly 1 3/4 - 2 ounces of mint leaves to make 2 cups. My son suggested freezing the leaves inside a syrup cube. I'm increasing my mint crop this year to give it a shot. Do yourself a favor and chew a few drained leaves. Yummy.
What a great way to use up the last of the mint before it freezes! I made a batch and have been adding it to my iced tea. Thanks! Made for NA*ME tag in the Middle Eastern forum.
