  • Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
  • Place butter into a frying pan over the hob until melted.
  • Place potatoe slices into the pan and fry lightly until the potatoes absorb the melted butter.
  • Cover the poatoes slices with dry mint.
  • Continue to fry, occasionaly flipping them for 10-15 minutes until crisp and brown.
