Crispy potato slices with a hint of mint!
- Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Place butter into a frying pan over the hob until melted.
- Place potatoe slices into the pan and fry lightly until the potatoes absorb the melted butter.
- Cover the poatoes slices with dry mint.
- Continue to fry, occasionaly flipping them for 10-15 minutes until crisp and brown.
