Crispy potato slices with a hint of mint!


  1. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Place butter into a frying pan over the hob until melted.
  3. Place potatoe slices into the pan and fry lightly until the potatoes absorb the melted butter.
  4. Cover the poatoes slices with dry mint.
  5. Continue to fry, occasionaly flipping them for 10-15 minutes until crisp and brown.
