"Totally refreshing" were the first words everyone said after tasting this... what a great combination of flavours. I added my steeped mint leaves to the final mix, along with white grapes, cut into quarters... the mint tasted great but didn't look as good as I intended, so would chop some fresh mint and put in next time... This was easy to make and a great non alcholic drink.. I loved it. The reason it only gets 4 stars from me and not 5 is becuase it tastes brilliant for the first few glasses but I just couldn't see myself drinking it all night long or as a real thirst quencher, (on a long hot summers day or as a designated driver)it almost has too much freshness, it's simply georgous in small doses. I aim to make this often and have lots of small doses LOL. I didn't serve it over ice (ice in drinks is not a very European tradition and *wouldn't* have been appreciated by our guests) maybe that might have made a difference? Please see my rating system, an excellent 4 star recipe that I will be making often from now on. many Thanks !!!

This is absolutely wonderful!! We just threw a wine and cheese bridal shower and wanted to have something special for a non-alcoholic drink. This is what we used and it got rave reviews from everyone. I even had to print the recipe and hand it out. Try it! You won't be disappointed!
