They turned out dry, but if you were making them for your kids they would dip well in Milk. I used half sugar and half splenda and it worked out great. I also doubled the recipe and used a raised cookie sheet for a thin brownie.

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well.
  2. Combine 4 egg whites and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; add to dry ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Spread batter in an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Beat at low speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  6. Spoon cream cheese mixture by tablespoonfuls over cocoa mixture.
  7. Cut through cream cheese and cocoa mixtures with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 22 minutes.
  9. Let cool in pan.
  10. Cut into bars.
