ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons shortening
- 1⁄4 teaspoon green food coloring
- 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 2⁄3 ounces Andes mints candies
directions
- In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate chips and shortening. Stir until smooth, then stir in coloring. Pour into miniature muffin cup liners.
- Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
- In Microwave safe bown, melt the Andes candies and stir till smooth. Pour over the cookie crumbs.
- Let stand till set.
