    • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    • 6 ounces dark chocolate (semi-sweet, or bittersweet)
    • 3 ounces chocolate ice cream (mix of vanilla and chocolate might work too)
    • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (or to taste depending on how sweet you want it to be)
    • 4 tablespoons chocolate (to garnish, shaved)
    • 4 crushed peppermint candies (to garnish)

    Directions:

      Mix all ingredient except the garnish in a blender.

      pour into tall glasses.

      serve with shaved chocolate and crushed peppermint candy on top.
