I am playing alot with the essential oils Auntie Karen(Chef Yogi) sent me. This is one such fun bath! Enjoy!
- Soak the mint leaves and lemon in the water.
- When the water is cool, strain the liquid.
- Add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil.
- Draw a warm bath in your tub.
- Add this to your bath.
- Enjoy your refreshing bath!
