  1. Soak the mint leaves and lemon in the water.
  2. When the water is cool, strain the liquid.
  3. Add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil.
  4. Draw a warm bath in your tub.
  5. Add this to your bath.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing bath!
