Cool down with a sweet treat

  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream
  • 34 cup coarsely crushed coconut cookie crumbs
  • 1 medium ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise then thinly sliced
  • 12 cup Smucker's® Simple Delight™ Chocolate Coconut Flavored Topping
  • whipped cream
  • 14 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted

Directions

  1. PLACE 1 small scoop ice cream into each of 12 (2 oz.) mini clear plastic or glass parfait cups.
  2. TOP each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs. Divide banana evenly into parfait cups. Drizzle each with 1 rounded teaspoon topping.
  3. TOP with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
