Didn't have mini pans so used regular size. Also, took others suggestions and sprayed pan and wontons w/Pam spray, then toasted on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Once the tacos were done(only took as long as it took the cheese to melt), I did what another suggested and took them out to cool on a wire rack. They came out easily, and cooling them helped the bottom not be soggy. I noticed that if you load the wonton to the brim, the wrapper is more likely to be soggy afterwards. Fun way to dress up a meal we have often (tacos). Thanks for the recipe!

These were a huge hit at the New years party! SUPER easy and have that added flair - they look fancy! They were devoured. We pureed the salsa as my husband does not like onion chunks. Came out great. I doubled the recipe, and it used one whole 16 oz jar of salsa. Thank you so much, this will be my party staple!

How fun are these! I printed this recipe out for an appie night but never got around to making them, so the other night I made them for supper. We loved them! My family couldn't get enough....LOL. I will be making these often especially with the holidays coming up, I plan on taking them to different parties we go to....thanks so much....Stephanie

Made these yesterday for a gettogether. Loved the idea & presentation. I did bake the wrappers for 5 mins before stuffing them. everything was ok but some of my tacos got soggy at the bottom & gave way the filling ( fell apart) so may I put too much salsa or filling. Will make these again for sure.TY for a great recipe.

I served these last night along with a variety of other appetizers at a little get toghter and these were a HUGE hit - the hands down favorite among my guests. I made just as directed, except I used a little (about 4 oz) of ground pork mixed in with the 1 lb of ground beef. This made 48 tacos and there was still some of the meat mixture (enough to make another 4 or 5 tacos) left over. I'm glad it made so much, because there were only about 10 left at the end of the night. My DD said I have to make these instead of regular tacos from now on. I'll definitely be serving these as a meal to my family in the future. Thank you!

These are great, my kids LOVE them. I've made them several times. It's especially good with that homemade salsa. A great break from the ordinary taco dinner. Thanks Bekah
