  1. Easy, Fun, Yummy..What more can you ask for? We used Pillsburry low-fat buttermilk biscuits and added olives. A definite favorite!

  2. I learned to make these in Home Ec.... what was that... 8th grade?! They are really yummy. :D

  3. Oh what a lifesaver on a busy day! For the pizza sauce, I used #20117 and I used a can of 8 biscuits. This is better than the old stand by of English muffin pizzas which my kids don't prefer. They enjoyed these with a salad though. Thanks for the idea. You can do these so many ways!

  4. What a great after school snack!! My teenage son loved it!! He ate four and I had one. He also commented that the spices (as suggested in step #5 in the recipe) were just perfect. I did not measure the pepperoni, but put 5 pieces on each pizza. This will become a frequent snack in our household as it was QUICK and EASY in addition to being TASTY!! Thank you Betsy for posting this!

  5. My kidlets decided to "help" make dinner last night, so we gave this recipe a try!! We made sure to use the olive oil and cumin as Betsy suggested, very good! Easy, fun and yummers! If there was a "kids" category on this board, I would rate this as mother recommended and kid approved!!
