You can control the heat in these burgers to your liking. These are just plain yummy!!! Quick and easy!

  1. Chop pepper and onion finely and set aside.
  2. With your hands, mix together the sirloin, pepper and onions, sauce, crumbs, and spices.
  3. Make small patties (about 4 for every 1/4 pound) and cook over the stove.
  4. Serve over rice. YUMMY!

Instead of serving these with rice, we served them as finger food with BBQ sauce last night while the football was on. They were really yummy, but next time I will try them with the rice, and maybe some hoisin sauce. Great recipe, thanks for sharing! [Made for Fall 08 PAC]
