These are tiny but good. They would be just the right size for a tea party.

  1. SWEET DOUGH:.
  2. Mix together the lukewarm milk, sugar, salt and yeast; mix well.
  3. Stir in the beaten egg and mix well.
  4. Add the flour---2 cups at a time till the dough is just right.
  5. Put in greased bowl and rise till double (about 1 hour); punch down and rise again.
  6. ROLLS:.
  7. Roll dough out to measure about 6" x 16" or 18".
  8. Spread dough with softened butter and the filling mixture.
  9. Roll up tightly beginning at the wide end.
  10. Cut into 3/4" slices.
  11. Place in greased pan that already has the pecan mixture in the bottom.
  12. MIXTURE FOR BOTTOM OF PAN:.
  13. In a small bowl mix the melted butter, sugar, and pecan halves.
  14. Put into the bottom of the pan.
  15. Let rise till double.
  16. Bake 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  17. When they are done turn them out onto a cookie sheet or platter and let the mixture drip down over the rolls until there is no more.
