  1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Fold in bread and peaches and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 300. Spoon bread mixture into ramekins.
  4. Place ramekins in roasting pan and pour hot water to come a quarter of the way up the sides. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
