  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat, and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs and flour.
  3. Beat in melted chocolate until combined.
  4. Fill paper-lined mini muffin cups 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 325, for 7-10 minutes, until edges are done and centers shake slightly.
  6. Cool in tin on wire rack for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from tin; cool completely.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Again, I blew it. I also used this recipe for my NFL Playoff party. I used EggBeaters and wheat flour to keep a little bit of a healthy living aspect. They didn't Wow anyone.

These are so easy to make, with ingredients I usually have on hand. We loved them topped with the whipped cream and chocolate shavings! It doesn't get much easier than this!
