Mini Meatloaves

  • Let the bread soak up the milk and egg until mushy. Add the seasoning, worchestershire sauce and ground beef. Make into mini meatloaves (or meatballs that are flattened). Top with a dollop of ketchup. Place into a greased 9 x 11 or cookie sheet. These should be spread out so they are not sitting in a grease pool as they cook. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
