- 907.18 g ground turkey
- 354.88 ml oats
- 2 eggs
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 0 large sweet onion, diced
- 7.39 ml salt
- 2.46 ml black pepper
- 2.46 ml cayenne pepper
- 14.79 ml dried parsley
- 2.46 ml thyme
- 2.46 ml oregano
- 44.37 ml mayonnaise (heaping)
- 118.29 ml ketchup
- 9.85 ml hot sauce
- 56.69 g cheese, shredded
directions
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
- Divide into 8 equal parts.
- Take one of the 8 parts and divide it in half. Shape the half into a mini-loaf. Put some of the cheese on it and then put the other half on top of the 1st half to make a loaf with cheese in the middle.
- Make 8 mini meatloves this way.
- Place each loaf onto an ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 375, for 30 minutes or until completely cooked. Serve.

I am very interested in healthy eating. It's surprising that things that so many people think are healthy, aren't really healthy at all. I generally take recipes that I find and make them healthier by using whole grain flour instead of white and by using sucanat or stevia instead of sugar.
