Easy & yummy! I got this out of TOH's "Freezer Pleasers" as well. I didn't have Crispix so I used breadcrumbs. Ate 1 for lunch and froze the rest -- very excited about having these on hand for busy nights! Thank you for posting it! :) It is a keeper, for sure!

My family and I love these. I got this recipe out of Taste of Homes Freezer Pleasers. I use seasoning salt instead of regular salt but otherwise followed the recipe as written. They are tasty little meatloaves with just a touch of sweetness.

I followed the recipe exactly and they smelled and tasted very good. I never would have thought of using Crispix - I'll use it again in my main meatloaf recipe because it has less salt than bread crumbs purchased in the grocery. However, I found these a little dry and difficult to remove from the pans. Next time, I will oil the pans more heavily and cook them less time. Thanks for posting.

This is great recipe. I didn't have Crispix so I used Corn chex instead. I loved the smaller size, they cook quicker so it is something I can make after getting home from work. Thanks for posting.

I made this for dinner one night, my family loved it. It was pretty simple to make. The only thing I didn't use from the recipe was the cereal, I didn't find it. But it still came out good. I will definitely make it again.

I loved the idea of muffin meatloaves but unfortunately I did not like the taste of the Crispix cereal.

These were delicious! I made these for my daughter who wanted meat loaf tonight. I liked the smaller size for something different. The advantage is they cook much faster than a larger meat loaf. I used corn chex instead of Crispix which worked out fine. I also made it with one pound of ground beef instead of the 3 pounds so I adjusted the recipe to 1/3. I did add about 1/4 cup of milk (3/4 for a full recipe) to add some moisture and they turned out perfect. Nice and tender - great falvor! I loved the ketchup topping. I actually microwaved it a little before adding the dollups on top. This will definitely be a repeat in our family. I got 8 cupcake portions out of the 1 pound of beef. Next time I think I will double so I can freeze some as you suggeste.
