Mini Meatballs - Asian

"Meatballs are always a hit. You can serve them as an appetizer with dip or as a main dish with pasta, rice or in soup! Naturally The grated carrot keeps these lean meatballs juicy and gets your kids (and picky adults!) to eat veggies without even knowing it. This is a recipe from the Canadian beef industry. Enjoy!"

 1. I used fresh ginger and made the breadcrumbs from G.F. bread, and that is the only change made. These were easy to make, and baked in the oven well. The only problem I had was that the some of the balls (and only a few) fell apart, so I had to treat them very carefully, but I think this problem was because of the G.F. bread.
The family really enjoyed these as an easy Friday dinner served with salad, each member chose a different sauce to use ... soy, sweet chili, hoisin and the old aussie fav tomato sauce!
Great little appetizers Nif...Thanks.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
