      OH my gosh, this recipe was delicious! I went ahead and decided to try this as a side dish instead of a main course, and changed a few things, such as I added about 2 cups of cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to place inside the noodles, and omitted the onion and fresh garlic. Instead I used garlic powder. My husband and I loved it! it was fantastic!
