I made these for Easter and used bacon, left out the olives and trippled the recipe. I thought my husband and I would have left-overs...no way, there was not one left. And they were so easy to do and a perfect serving size. Will definitely make again! Thanks for posting!

I found this recipe in some that I had cut out and been "meaning to try". After making, I knew I had to post, and saw that carolinafan beat me to it! Like others - no changes made to these - I do want to reinforce reviewer who commented on ensuring pans are greased really well, to ensure they come cleanly out of muffin pan. thanks for posting!

Loved these! There were a few changes due to the insistance of my almost-six-year old who helped: no hot pepper sauce or olives and she tipped the ham mixture into the egg mixture before I could tell her that it wasn't meant to be that way and was stirring furiously (I had evidence on the kitchen walls to prove it LOL. So into the oven they went.... and even with the kid friendly omissions, tasted great.. DH demolished everything on the plate in the photo as we had this as a side dish for dinner and mentioned that they were good. My only problem: DO grease the muffin cups really well as I had problems coaxing all of mine out and a few weren't whole enough after my efforts to make the photograph. Please see my rating system: 4 great stars for a tasty recipe that definiately found favour at our place. My photo's tonight were sadly not co operative, without flash seems too yellow and with flash.. well I let you choose, I personally think Marlene's should stand as the default. Thanks!

These were really good! I work as a cook at a homeless shelter. We had a breakfast/tour this morning for potential contributors. I was to provide a light breakfast. I made 24 ham and swiss, 24 sausage and pepper jack and 24 asparagus and cheddar. I served with fruit salad and bagels/cream cheese. I had to print out several copies of your recipe. They loved them! — Apr 20, 2006

I think these would have turned out much better without the butter. I've used The "Blender Quiche" recipe here on zaar many times (that works on the same bisquick/crustless concept and it's always great.) So this looked good to me. But the butter looked funny since the other doesn't have it. I tried it anyway and in our opinions these turned out a little greasy and rather soggy.

GREAT recipe. Easy to prepare and the cook up beautifully!Tripled for church fellowship breakfast. Shared leftovers with a friend that loves to cook and she made a special call just to say YUMMY! I have already passed along the recipe to several friends. This is my "go-to" quiche recipe from now on.
