Here is another great recipe for the Holidays - it's not a hard recipe to make and it tastes delicious.

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cherries. Line cupcake pans with paper liners or use triple thick paper liners on cookie sheets. Spoon a level measuring tablespoon of batter into each liner. Top each with a cherry half.
  2. Bake in a 300F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
