This recipe is for a mini version of the well-loved chocolate cheesecake, however it is only for the filling

Directions

  1. Firstly, melt the chocolate in the microwave, continually stirring so that the chocolate doesn't burn.
  2. Add the melted chocolate and icing sugar to the cheese, whisk for around 2 minutes, being careful not to over whisk as this can cause the mixture to split.
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to use/serve.
