Love, Love, Love the filling. I followed the directions except I didn't have poultry seasoning so I used another chicken seasoning I had. I tasted it, then added a bit more cream cheese and garlic salt. I also used crescent dinner rolls. I pressed two triangles together then put the filling in the middle and topped with another two pressed together. I cooked then at 350 for 20 minutes.
Love, love, LOVED it! Made it for the boyfriend and he loved it too. The pastry was really good too and it would have come out better if I had a rolling pin so instead, the pastry came out a little thick but still so very good. Will definitely be making this again. Thank you!
Wow are these great! Made the filling as directed, but used puff pastry sheets for the pastry dough, brushing them with eggwash and made 'hot pocket' sized turnovers. This easy to make dish is packed with flavor! We will be making these often, especially for parties and gatherings. Maybe add some chopped spinach next time too. Gatorbek, you've done it again. :)
