Good and easy!
- Line muffins with foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in liner.
- Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs. Mix well.
- Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill.
- Top with fruit and nuts.
These are so delicious and very easy. I made these to take to a BBQ-Cookout. A big hit. I used blueberry pie filling but any would be good. This is great for entertaining. Thanks so much.
Delicious!! I used cherry pie filling to top off my individual cheesecakes - wonderful!! I also made them in coloured muffin cups - really added to the asthetics of it. Next time I'm going to try some blueberry topping - excellent recipe - very good and very easy. Thanks for posting!
I made these years ago and had lost the recipe. Made them again this weekend and they were a big hit! I didn't use foil liners and made them the day before so they would be nice and cold. Thanks for posting!
