Mini Cheddar Meatloaves

"These are so good, everyone loves these, even my grandpa who doesn't like cheese on or in anything, he couldn't even taste it! The sauce is so good! This has become my main meatloaf recipe! I got this from a Ground Beef Cookbook."

directions

 • In a bowl beat eggs and milk, stir in cheese, oats, onion, and salt.
 • Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
 • Shape into 8 loaves place in 13x9x2 baking dish, I normally make my loaves bigger and can get about 4-5.
 • In separate bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, Mix well.
 • The original recipe says to spoon over loafs and bake 45 minutes or until no longer pink and meat thermometer reads 160 degrees, uncovered at 350 degrees. However, I bake mine without the sauce until the last 10 minutes or so and then spoon the mixture over the loaves, replacing them back in oven to finish cooking.

 1. A friend of mine made these for a pot luck pitch-in at work.
OMGoodness!! I LOVE them!!
The best Meatloaf I've ever eaten!
She made the eight little mini loaves..
Since I like mine more to the well done side, the small ones were cooked thoroughly and browned like I like.
