This is good with any pasta and sauce or toasted. It is a fine-grained bread; just the right consistency. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese if you can, if not the cheese in a jar is fine. Makes good sandwiches.

  1. Put into the bread machine in the order that the manufacturer recommends.
  2. Basic cycle; light crust; loaf size.
  3. Watch after it begins to knead to see if you need more liquid or more flour as you want it the right consistency--add a little at a time till it is right.
  4. Cool on rack.
