  1. These are tasty muffins. I had (still have) a lot of leftover cranberry orange relish so was looking for a recipe to use it up. Made these this morning with a few mods. I cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup and bumped up the relish from 1/3 to 1/2 cup. I also used canola oil vs butter because I was too lazy to melt butter. I also added a 1/2 cup of pecans, toasted and chopped. I actually think these could use a little more relish. Maybe 2/3 cup? Anyway, tasty addition to my breakfast. Thanks!

  2. I need 10 stars for this! Made Mimi's cranberry-orange relish(delish) and saw the muffin recipe. OH, MY, STARS(10)!!! These are TDF. I added some chopped pecans, otherwise followed to a "T". This will be a repeat muffin recipe for sure! Thanks, Mimi...another winner!
