    Not So Good Cook's Note:

Another great sweet from Mimi, my best friend's mom. My kids walk in and ask, "Did Mimi make anything today?" This two-layered fudge is one of their favorites. Cooking time is chilling time.

I always enjoy a good combo of PB & chocolate, & this easy-to-make fudge is definitely that! Not that we ate it all here at home, 'cause we didn't! I cut the squares small & got almost double what was indicated, then sent off all but 10 pieces with my other half to work, where co-workers devoured it all in no time! Loved the flavor combo & will be making it again, for sure! [Made & reviewed in Bargain Basement recipe tag]
