  1. In a clean coffee grinder, grind millet until coarsely ground.
  2. Melt coconut oil in small pot over medium heat.
  3. Add millet and stir gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add liquids, stirring until smooth while bringing to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and cover (leave cover askew if using milk substitute).
  6. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
