With flavours of melon & mango this would make a refreshing summer cocktail. I lifted this recipe from Australian Bartender magazine. Prep time includes crushing the ice.
- 30 ml Midori melon liqueur
- 30 ml gin
- 60 ml mango nectar
- Build the ingredients over crushed ice.
- Sit back under your nearest palm tree ;).
- And relaaaax.
This was a nice way to serve gin, it's not really one of my favourite spirits so mixed with melon & mago really jazzed it up. Thanks for posting!
