Milk-N-Honey White Bread

"This bread has come out perfect every time I've made it. The bread has a soft, light texture and is a big hit with my family. It's also perfect for toasting and sandwiches. (I got this recipe from the Taste of Home' Baking Book by Kathy McCreary of Goddard, Kansas). Works best in a stand mixer"

  1. Oh my peas, I don't think there is anything quite as intoxicating as the smell of freshly baked bread coming from the oven in the morning! Wow. This is great bread. I don't have a breadmaker, so it's nice to find recipes that don't use one. This is a great soft bread. I love the use of honey in it. The sweetness is so good, but not too much. I used some Acacia honey for this because of it's delicate flavor, and I'm glad I did. You don't want anything too strong or it will overpower the bread. I'd also like to try this recipe to make sticky buns, as I'm sure it would lend the flavor to those as well. This one is going to be made again soon because the first two loaves are almost gone already! Thanks! :)
